West Maquoit is sort of a local god due to their line of vinegars. And this particular bottle has even more hometown pride surrounding it due to the fact that it uses a top quality Maine beer: Allagash 16 Counties. Brewed with Maine-grown grains you end up with a warm, malty and bright vinegar with an amber hue, notes of honey, tropical hops, citrus, and a hint of cereal (!)
