Godsend chocolates are made by Molly in the tiny, coastal town of Friendship, Maine. Each bar uses beans from a single origin and expresses the unique flavors of the harvest — this one is from, you guessed it —  Tumaco, Columbia. It’s 75% dark chocolate with tasting notes burnt caramel, whiskey barrel, black walnut. Molly also makes the traditional Japanese mulberry paper each bar is wrapped in, which sometimes makes me feel bad about my own productivity.
