This blend is inspired by the traditional restorative practice of stoop sittin’ in Blind Tiger’s hometown of Philly. Currently made up of a washed coffee from Huila, Colombia and another washed coffee from Colsay, Peru, it gravitates toward warmer side of sweetness. And like yer humble stoop, it can hang with whatever you want: milk, sugar, lab-grade-non-dairy synthetic beverage… ya know, whatever. Oh, it’s also tasty black.
