This book is for the barbecue purists. The ones who know all it takes is a bit of fire, a nice cut of meat and some choice seasoning to create the ideal backyard grill session.
This book was published in 1963 and as a result it’s simplistic in its instruction and materials list. Aka screw all those fancy doodads all the dads now seem to have in their arsenal. What isn’t simple is the stunning period photography, design and recipes. This book is as inspiring as it is educational.
